Jeff Piroozshad was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He attended New York City’s prestigious Stuyvesant High School and then graduated from Columbia University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He went on to the University of Miami School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in May 2000.
Although Mr. Piroozshad passed the bar exam on his first try, he chose to move to Colorado Springs, CO to join the staff of USA Bowling and Team USA, which operated in conjunction with the U.S. Olympic Committee. Jeff, an elite-level bowler in his own right, was the Assistant Director of USAB’s coaching program and helped represent USAB at athlete grievance hearings, plus other conferences and events at the U.S. Olympic Training Center. Mr. Piroozshad also worked on presentations to the International Olympic Committee prior to the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Games.
Eventually, Mr. Piroozshad returned to the warmth of South Florida and joined Jacobson, Sobo & Moselle in May 2003. His practice focused mainly on Creditor’s Rights litigation but has evolved over the years into more of a client relations role. Mr. Piroozshad will continue on that path at Rogers, Morris & Ziegler, where his chief undertaking will be to oversee the pre-litigation workflow of Creditor’s Rights cases from intake to suit.
